Green Bean Noodle Stir Fry

Lately I have gotten a lot of green beans in my produce delivery. Looking for different ways to use them, I stumbled upon recipes that used green beans with pasta, and adapted them all to create this one. It comes together pretty quick and the mushrooms can be switched out for any vegetable you may have. Leave out the red pepper flakes if you don’t like any spice, but their flavor is pretty mild given all the other powerful elements of the sauce.  Continue reading “Green Bean Noodle Stir Fry”
