Enchilada Sauce

I have made my fair share of enchiladas with success however this sauce tops them all. The combination of flavors and the thick consistency made for excellent enchiladas. I stuffed the homemade corn tortillas with homemade refried beans and Carolina Gold Rice. I’ll definitely be making this one again.

Pizza Sauce

I have finally found a great pizza sauce recipe that requires no cooking. The crust is still a bit of a work in progress, but once that recipe is perfected I will put it on the blog as well. While takeout pizza can be unhealthy and expensive, especially gluten-free pizza, making it at home is a great alternative and allows all family members to put their own toppings on.
